How Can I Help?

The regional community has supported the BCRAC’s growth and programs for 19 years!  However, we need help to keep our historic facilities maintained and our programs of the highest quality while maintaining fiscal health.  Please help through one of the programs listed below by contacting  Brooks Eldredge-Martin at 570-268-2787 or brooks@bcrac.org or your local BCRAC staff or board member.

The BCRAC receives annual financial support through Membership donations.  Individuals wishing to help by volunteering or donating material items, help through our Wishlist program. Individuals or businesses who are able to make larger donations, grants or bequests, help through our Partners in the Future campaign.  Businesses support Live Performances in the historic theatres by becoming a Major Donor or advertising in our yearly Playbill.  Individuals make membership donations to the Patron Fund under Membership below.

Partners in the Future Capital Campaign For the Historic Theatres of Bradford County

The Bradford County Regional Arts Council (BCRAC) and a wonderful team of Donors, Volunteers, Board and Staff have saved three wonderful theatres that embody a significant cultural period of Bradford County’s history.  We raised over $2,400,000 for this work, but needed to borrow $850,000 to complete the projects.  This debt keeps the future of the Theatres at risk should technology or other change threaten our financial stability.

Supporters are encouraged to become Partners in the Future by making a bequest or major donation to the BCRAC to support one of the Theatres.  All “Partners” donations will be used to ensure a financially stable future for our historic theatres.

To acknowledge large donations, the BCRAC is offering the following:

Live Performances

Major Sponsors are typically businesses that support live performances with yearly donations, playbill ads and sometimes by sponsoring a particular show.  Many more businesses purchase Playbill ads which are spaced between information listed in our Playbill.  The Playbill is handed out to all patrons who attend live shows at the BCRAC theatres and along with the BCRAC website inform the wider community about the BCRAC and its programs.   Individuals typically support BCRAC live shows through attendance and the Patron Fund under Membership support.

Contact Elaine Poost at 268-2787 for details on supporting BCRAC live performances.
